The DWP of Secretariat-General of the DPD RI Presents a Cheerful Ramadan Bazaar: From Togetherness to Blessings

dpd.go.id Jakarta – In the holy month of Ramadan 1447 H, the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of the Secretariat-General of The House of Regional Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (Setjen DPD RI) successfully held a Ramadan Bazaar with the theme “Cheerful Ramadan: Bring Happiness, Spread Caring.” This lively event was held in the Lobby of the DPD RI Setjen, Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta, on Wednesday (4/3/2026).

This Ramadan Bazaar is a concrete initiative of the DWP Secretariat-General of DPD RI demonstrating its concern and spirit of togetherness in celebrating the blessed month of Ramadan. The event also featured various Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) offering a variety of superior products.

The activity was opened by Secretary General, Mohammad Iqbal and attended by the leadership of the Secretariat-General of the DPD RI, including Deputy for Administration Lalu Niqman Zahir, Deputy for Trials Oni Choiruddin, as well as officials, employees, and all administrators of the DWP Secretariat-General of the DPD RI.

"I express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to DWP for initiating this extraordinary activity," Iqbal explained.

In his remarks, Iqbal expressed his hope that this activity would be a means of strengthening relationships between individuals within the Secretariat General of the DPD RI and provide tangible benefits for all employees in welcoming the holidays.

"By saying Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, today, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, with full togetherness, full appreciation, and full blessings for all of us, I officially declare the Ramadan Bazaar, the Happy Bazaar, from DWP for all of us," said Iqbal.

The event continued with the handover of Ramadan gifts, led by the Secretary General of the DPD RI and the Chair of the DWP Secretary General, followed by officials from the DPD RI Secretariat General and DWP administrators. The gifts were handed over to representatives of dedicated support staff within the DPD RI Secretariat General.

The DWP Secretariat General's Cheerful Ramadan Bazaar concluded with a group photo session with all participants and invited guests. The enthusiasm of the DPD RI Secretariat General's employees was palpable, reflected in the large number of visitors to each participating MSME stand. The event then continued with a tour of the bazaar stands by the Secretary General and the leadership, further enhancing the atmosphere of togetherness and joy during Ramadan.
